Meet the Designer!
I specialize in event design, from floral décor, to linens and the perfect table setting to go along with it! But, when I’m not planning fabulous events around the city you can find me at your local children’s hospital working with children through the power of music intervention. I also love to practice my culinary talents, read books while cuddled next to a fireplace drinking hot chocolate and spend time with my loved ones. But my absolute passion obviously lies within events, and that’s where our story begins…
Once Upon an Event was created out of passion for creativity, the outdoors, and creating the most memorable fairytale experiences for you. I service the greater Los Angeles area and beyond. While I have over 10 years of experience in the events industry working for various top companies, the idea for this company only came about in the past year.
After spending the last year+ in lockdown, outdoor activities have become the new norm, and something we have all been craving. I want to bring the experience of elevated events to you as an outlet for you to celebrate with friends and family in a safe environment. I believe that life is made of moments, big and small all the same, and I want to make your dream fairytale into these moments that will last a lifetime.
What we do
With the current social climate finally expanding, we are taking the time to specialize in elevated social gatherings. These events are perfect for girls’ night, hangouts, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals or bridal events! We will work closely with you throughout the entire planning process, ensuring that your event will look and feel like the fairytale you envision. We will start with talking through the event packages and styles we offer. From there, we can either recommend one of our finished styles, use a style for your inspiration, or come up with a completely new look just for you! We will handle everything, including:

- Décor (Signage, Candles, Lighting, Etc.)
- Place Setting
- Cutlery
- Serving Trays/Platters
